These terms govern access to the Phabdev Starter Kit website and its documentation. They do not create a paid subscription or replace the licence included with source code. Effective date: 11 September 2026.

Free Lite

Lite is downloadable source code under its included MIT licence. Preserve the required copyright and licence notices. You install and operate it in your own environment; no hosted application, domain, infrastructure account or managed service is supplied. System requirements and setup instructions are available before downloading. Test the source for your own use case and secure your deployment. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded by these terms.

Pro and stated prices

Pro purchases are not open. Displayed Pro/agency prices are planned amounts, not an active order mechanism. Clicking a CTA, visiting thank-you or changing a URL creates no order, reservation or access entitlement. Pro's commercial licence is still a draft. No delivery date, lifetime updates or support service is promised by this pre-launch site.

Before paid sales open, separate purchase terms must state the seller details, final price and taxes, exact licence and functionality, compatibility requirements, delivery, updates, support, applicable guarantees, complaint procedure and withdrawal/refund arrangements. The checkout must confirm these terms and a payment obligation explicitly. These website terms alone are not sufficient to activate sales.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or distribute malware through it. Website branding and content remain with their respective owners; the source package licence determines the rights to that code. Third-party components retain their own licences. AI assistance was used in development; no security certification or measured productivity gain is claimed.

Availability and responsibility

We may correct documentation or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security. Information and source may contain errors; report them to phabdev@gmail.com. No blanket waiver of mandatory consumer rights applies. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence where relevant.

Applicable law and disputes

Italian law applies subject to mandatory protections available to consumers under applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive court that deprives consumers of their lawful forum.
