Product and payment
Phabdev SaaS Starter Kit Pro is downloadable Spring Boot and Angular source code, not hosted software or a subscription. Early access costs EUR 49 as a one-time tax-inclusive base price. Paddle displays the final currency, applicable taxes and total before payment and acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Its buyer terms also apply: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms . No recurring charge is created for this product.
The delivered version includes authentication and per-user projects, user administration, a basic audit log, settings and setup documentation. Password reset has a backend flow but no finished reset screen. Stripe billing is a disabled-by-default test-mode reference, not production subscription management or entitlement enforcement. Provider accounts, hosting, custom development and managed operations are not included. AI assistance was used in development. No security certification, measured time saving or suitability for a regulated workload is promised.
Use Java 21 and Node 24 for native development, or Docker Compose. PostgreSQL and configuration of your own secrets are required. Review the installation documentation and Lite example before buying. You remain responsible for testing and securing applications you deploy.
License and updates
The included commercial license grants one purchaser, an individual or legal entity, use in its own and client applications. Contractors may access the source only for that purchaser's work. No resale, publication or redistribution as a starter, boilerplate or competing template is permitted. Third-party licenses remain applicable. Your right to use the delivered version does not expire when its download link expires, subject to license compliance and any refund ending the purchase.
The purchase covers the delivered version, not an unlimited roadmap commitment. There is no lifetime-update, unlimited consulting or guaranteed response-time entitlement. Statutorily required conformity remedies and necessary updates are unaffected. Product questions, installation problems, defects and delivery recovery can be reported to phabdev@gmail.com; bespoke implementation is outside the purchase.
Email and delivery
Provide an accessible email address at checkout. After Paddle confirms payment, the checkout page allows a private Pro download and PHABDEV sends download instructions and these terms to the email recorded by Paddle. An email-only request or browser success message does not prove payment. Marketing requires a separate optional subscription.
The private download code is valid for 72 hours after payment. Save the ZIP. If it expires, delivery fails or you lose access, contact phabdev@gmail.com with your Paddle receipt for ownership verification and recovery. Do not pay again to recover an existing purchase. A delivery fault does not remove your rights to performance or an applicable refund. Provider or network delays may require manual support.
Withdrawal, refunds and complaints
Paddle's refund policy applies together with mandatory consumer rights: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy . Eligible consumers ordinarily have a 14-day withdrawal period; for immediately supplied digital content, loss of that right depends on the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Accepting general terms alone does not waive it. Defective, missing or materially non-conforming content remains subject to statutory remedies. No blanket no-refund rule or additional voluntary money-back guarantee is imposed here.
Request withdrawal or a refund through https://paddle.net or the transaction-management link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle provides an online withdrawal option for eligible transactions. You may also contact phabdev@gmail.com with the order reference, purchase date and a clear statement of your request; never send full card details. We assist with delivery/product issues and coordinate applicable remedies with Paddle. A refund or chargeback can revoke download access; a refunded license may no longer be used.
Italian law governs the supplier license, without excluding mandatory protections or the competent forum available to consumers in their country. Paddle's terms govern its payment services. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support for complaints; doing so does not restrict statutory remedies or lawful payment disputes.
