License boundaries
Free Lite uses the MIT license. Keep its copyright and permission notice when redistributing it. MIT permits commercial use, including client projects and redistribution; do not imply Lite has the Pro template-resale restriction.
Pro's commercial draft permits a licensed purchaser to build their own applications and client applications and prohibits redistributing or selling the starter source as a template, boilerplate or competing starter kit. See LICENSE-PRO.md in the source repository or LICENSE.md in the Pro distribution for the actual terms. Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses.
The Pro license is a plain-language draft for review before paid distribution. Seat/team scope, delivery, updates, support, refunds and mandatory consumer rights must be made consistent with the eventual checkout and customer terms. No blanket waiver of statutory rights is intended. The proposed Agency tier is not currently available.
The source repository is not licensed wholesale under MIT. Lite's license covers its own distribution; Pro-specific code is excluded. Avoid making the combined repository public unless you intentionally intend to distribute the Pro source under its applicable license.
